How To Repay A Mortgage Quicker

How would you like to repay your home loan much quicker than you ever thought possible? What you need to understand is that you can repay your mortgage much faster but you need to do all you can to first figure out if that is possible with your mortgage company. The problem that some people run into is that the mortgage company doesn’t allow early payoffs and if that is the case then you are stuck making a single payment every month for the amount that you always pay. Trust me, this is a huge problem and that is why I highly recommend never getting a mortgage that doesn’t allow early payoffs.

If you do have a mortgage that allows you to pay more than one month’s payment then I have a couple great things that can speed up the payment process. One of the things that you need to do is pay more each month. By this I mean you need to pay an additional 25% of the mortgage amount. The reason you need to make that much more of a payment is so that you can cut through all the interest payments as quickly as possible and get to the heart of the loan. Trust Full post…

All-round or Purchase Credit Card?

They both have some of the same benefits of credit cards with 0% interest and 0% balance transfer cards, but how do you know whether you would be better off with an all-round or a purchase credit card? Read on to find out about some of the most important features of both of these cards.

A purchase credit card is often a good choice for people who shop regularly using their credit card. This is because you can generally get an excellent interest free purchase period when you first take out the card; up to around 13 months. This can be particularly useful for people looking to spread out their payments over several months as it means you don’t have to worry about interest building up.

Purchase credit cards also usually come with a comparable 0% balance transfer period, which is also useful for people who use their cards regularly as it allows them to transfer the balance of an existing card onto their new one (for a handling fee) and then pay it off at a 0% rate of interest.

All-round credit cards are relatively similar to purchase cards in that they also come with interest free purchase and balance transfer introductory offers. H Full post…

Latin American Markets Are Hot for a Reason

Let me tell you this: I love Latin America!

Latin America is often viewed as a travel destination, with good reason. Just consider its amazing beauty, from Antarctica to Mexican Los Cabos. Its history, from the time of the Mayas, Incas, and natives to modern days. It has many locations that provide unique views of history, such as Machu Pichu and Camino del Inca in Peru; Tikal and Antigua in Guatemala; even in thriving Mexico City, where at one corner from “El Zocalo” you can see how civilization evolved with the clash of three cultures. Did I mention tasty wine and food and gorgeous beaches?

But another aspect of Latin America is bringing visitors: the thriving economy. There are some exciting things going on in Latin American business, and insurance is no exception.

In the not-too-distant past, Latin America was an afterthought for many global businesses. This was a rational approach, given the constant economic turmoil, weak democratic governments, and closed economies. But things have changed. Since
